How it works
Answer, read, decide.
Answer 18 statements
One at a time, on a 7-point scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Six ask whether things are written down. Twelve ask whether they would keep working if the people currently running them changed.
Get your report
A composite score, a score for each of three domains, and a short summary written from your numbers. You are told where the data is thin, and what it can and cannot show.
Decide what to do with it
Use it yourself, share the score if you wish, or ask for an optional conversation with someone from Archeana. Nothing in the report changes whether you do.

Part 1 has two statements per domain, so gaps between what is written and what would hold are shown as a direction to look, never as a verdict.
It protects who answered
Industry comparisons appear only when at least ten organisations are in the group. Sharing your answers for research is a separate, optional choice.
