Privacy notice

This notice is from P Felix Malayappa (an individual), Royal Embassy, VS Acharya Road, Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal, District Udupi, Karnataka, India 576 104 ("we"), who run Archeana Clarity.
What we collect
- Your organisation name, work email, role, industry and size band.
- Your 18 answers, and the scores worked out from them.
- If you choose them: your agreement to follow-up emails, your research consent, a Debrief request, a payment reference, a message to us.
- An unfinished diagnostic is saved without any personal details for up to seven days, so you can resume it.
Why we use it
- To score your answers, show your report and email you the link.
- To compute industry comparisons, counting each person once, shown only when at least 10 organisations are in the group.
- To send up to three follow-up emails only if you ticked that box. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To use your anonymised answers for research only if you opt in on the report page. Exports for research carry no email and no organisation name.
Who processes it
Your data is held in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script under our Google account, and passes through Cloudflare, which hosts the website. The plain-language summary is written by an AI model (Google Gemini) from your scores and organisation name. Your email address is not sent to it.
How long we keep it
Up to seven years after your last activity, then it is deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data yourself, withdraw research consent from your report page, and unsubscribe from any follow-up email. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we do not mail you again.
Report links
Your report is opened by a private link that works for 72 hours. Anyone with the link can read the report, so treat it like a password. Ask for a fresh one at any time; the old one then stops working.
